Supporting group members

Colleagues wishing to be able to pick each other’s calls up should be in the same group. Each user may be in several groups. Please open the advanced settings. . Specify how many seconds to wait before the Groups page is opened in the event that a colleague fails to answer a call. The function also works for waiting calls. It is then possible for you to pick the call up.
