Picking up a call

A call arrives for a colleague and his phone starts ringing. The colleague is, however, away and you would like to pick the call up.

Group button in the program bar

The group button for your colleague is displayed in magenta. Click on the button to pick the call up.

Icon on the groups page

If you open the Groups page (if that has not happened automatically) you can see the icon for your colleague; it will have a magenta border. Double clicking on the icon will pick the call up.
