Group members

Each user of TAPIMaster® can be a member of one or more groups. If no name is visible beside the extension, the corresponding user has not yet logged on for the first time. The system determines the names automatically. The call states of the other group members are also visible.

You can call a group member by double-clicking on one of the icons. Other utilities are available in the context menu.

Calls and messages can be started at any time; chat can only be started when the target user is logged on. It is possible to activate call forwarding to another user. To make it more visible, an icon may be copied into the title bar or a link created on the desktop. The contents of the clipboard can be sent as a message to another member of the group.
