Forwarding call information

You have answered a call not intended for you and so you would like to inform the colleague whom the caller actually wanted to speak to. Unfortunately the colleague is absent and is no fan of sticky labels or e-mail. Just click on the "reminder" button on the calls page. A dialog appears from which you can send a message to your colleague.





The message will appear directly in his list of incoming calls and he can ring the caller back by double-clicking.
