ACD Light

The ACD Light module is only present in the licensed version of TAPIMaster® ACD Light allows you to distribute incoming calls to the service group more effectively. ACD Light is a light-weight solution for a company’s incoming call centre with little administration overhead. The ACD module distributes incoming calls efficiently to the available members of a service group, ensuring that the workload is spread evenly among team members and that an adequate delay is provided between calls. A more extensive solution is planned for the future. For more information, please consult the case studies in ACD Light in use.

The ACD module only works with switches which support redirect (a.k.a. call deflection).

Important: To preclude operating errors, the ACD module immediately terminates any internal call to the distribution telephone.
