Private telephone book

The private telephone book is for your use only and is only stored locally. You can add entries to the list or remove them. Double-clicking on an entry causes the corresponding number to be dialed.

Other utilities are available in the context menu. You can create a link on the desktop, load a telephone book from a backup copy or save to a backup, and import telephone books from other files or save them to other files.

Importing telephone books

First specify the file from which to import. The text in this file should contain one data record per line and the fields should have separators between them. Enter the positions of the text fields and the separator. You can now import the data.
