The CTI reporting tool is a MDI application with several data views. You can open the views about the menu or the tool bar. The program is installed per default on the server. However, you can copy it also on another PC. In the case it is necessarily to change the work directory.

The data views have several switching buttons. You can select a new time range or load the old view newly. You can select a new time range or load the old view newly. Incoming and outgoing, connected and not connected as well as internal calls can be activated individually.Through this the calculation bases partly change. All columns are sortable, the column widths and positions can be changed.

The time periods for the summarizing lists are freely elegible. Please use the left date for the daily choice.
