Using databases

Ask your administrator if a database connection has been configured for TAPIMaster®. You should also have installed the database telephone book for your client. If so, you will see its tab on the telephone book page.

You can search for names and telephone numbers in the database and have these listed in the telephone book.

If you leave the entry field empty when performing a search, a complete telephone book will be generated from the database. The telephone book will be cached locally and need not be retrieved again when you next restart the client.
