Redirect

Redirect a call.

Parameters

dwCallID

Call ID of the call to redirect.

strNumber

Destination telephone number to which the call should be redirected.

Return value

None

Remarks

The function redirects a call to a different telephone. It it not important whether the the call is already connected or not. Good switches also allow redirection of waiting calls. Some switches do not support this function. A value of 0 for dwCallID causes the CTI function to redirect the most likely call in OFFERING or ACCEPTED state. If no call is in such a state, the most likely connected call is redirected.
