TAPIMaster integration
Use cases
For most applications, it is sufficient if your employees can make calls from the programs and incoming calls are signaled. It is not necessary to fully integrate the TAPIMaster interface for this. In this case, the TAPIMaster will build a bridge to your application with a plugin. In addition, the TAPIMaster standard client is available, which you can use to its full extent.
If you need more features, e.g. For example, if you want to switch call forwarding or pick up calls, you can do this using the TAPIMaster programming interfaces.
