Assign to groups

If you want to assign a set of lines to a group, select the lines in the Users page and then click on “Assign to groups”.
You can add users to groups or remove them again. A group is shown in grey in the right pane if not all of the lines selected in the Users page are members of the group. Users can be in several groups at once. Members of the “Administrator” group enjoy immunity to certain telephony restrictions. It is not necessary to assign every user to a group.
