Reporting problems

If the product does not work properly, please inform us at info@tapimaster.de. Problems can usually be fixed within 48 hours. So that we do not have to bother you for more information, please supply the following information about your environment:

 

Version of operating system for client and server

Version of Outlook, if installed

Database used, if any

Switch manufacturer and type

Version of TAPIMaster® you are using

A problem description which allows us to understand / reproduce the problem, including screenshots if appropriate
