The members of the service group apply to be able to take part in the distribution of incoming calls. To this there is a switch in the client:
The clients are cancelled automatically if the client is closed or they do not accept an incoming call.
Status Logon (green) and log-off (red).
Name This is login name of the user, most be Windows booking name.
Group The first group in which the employee is a member.
Date/Time The time at-and cancel or the automatic log-off.
