Initiate a call and add it to the conference.
Parameters bstrNumber Telephone number of the party who should be called and added to the conference
Remarks The function calls bstrNumber. If this called party answers, the party is added to the conference / the active call is extended to a three-way conference. Some switches do not support this function. In particular, many manufacturers do not support conferences with more than three participants.
