The connection icon has a menu.
Remarks A menu can be assigned to the connection item in the task bar. The menu appears when the user right-clicks the icon with the mouse. CTI_OConnectionIconOptions is used to specify the menu handle. Menu events are delivered by OnMenuCommand. CTICLIENT_SHOWICON must be active.
